JLN Moto Gear is an independent online retailer operated by JLN Horizon Commerce LLC in Garden Grove, California. We created JLN for riders who want modern aesthetics, useful details and a shopping experience that respects their time.
Our collection brings together motorcycle apparel, helmets and rider accessories selected for the U.S. market. We believe great gear should feel considered—from the first product detail to the moment your order arrives.

01Return & Refund Policy+
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in original packaging with all labels, accessories and documentation. For safety and hygiene, helmets must not have been used on a ride and must be free of marks, odors, hair or signs of wear.
Starting a return
Email info@jlnmotogear.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Customer return shipping costs apply to preference- or size-related returns.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, return label or refund. Final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable unless required by law.
02Shipping Policy+
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after normal business hours begin processing on the next business day. High-value orders may require additional verification before shipment.
U.S. delivery
We currently serve customers within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier volume, remote destinations or other events outside our control.
Tracking and address accuracy
Tracking is emailed once the carrier accepts your package. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking has not updated for 5 business days or shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members and the carrier, then contact us. We will assist with a carrier inquiry. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery, subject to applicable law.

Information we collect
We may collect contact, billing, shipping, order and customer-service information you provide, plus device, browser, usage and approximate location data generated when you use our site. Payment card details are processed by authorized payment providers and are not stored directly by us.
How we use information
We use information to process orders, deliver products, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain and improve our site, meet legal obligations and—where permitted—send marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers supporting payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, security and professional advice. We do not sell personal information for money. We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for business, tax, dispute-prevention and legal purposes.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or information about our data practices. Submit requests to info@jlnmotogear.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Our services are not directed to children under 13.

Website use and purchases
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that information you provide is accurate. We may reject or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable inventory or unauthorized resale.
Product information and responsible use
We work to present accurate descriptions and images, but screen colors and minor details may vary. Motorcycle riding involves inherent risk. Products must be selected, fitted, maintained and used according to manufacturer instructions. No product eliminates all risk of injury.
Intellectual property
Site content, layout and JLN branding belong to JLN Horizon Commerce LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
Liability and governing law
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights.
